GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Children ages 5 to
12 are welcome at Club
Z. We require timely
payments. We try to keep the costs down at Club Z and you
can help by keeping our accountants happy! We like to keep
in close touch with our parents, and require daily contact
information such as an office phone or cell phone.
SUMMER REQUIREMENTS
To reserve a spot
for the summer (we were at capacity for the last two years),
we must receive the "Summer Registration Fee"1.

Our licensing requires that the
Club Z
T-shirt be worn on all field
trips. A sack lunch must be provided by the parents unless
otherwise stated. Please provide a water bottle and
sunscreen for your child.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Methods:
Personal
checks, cashiers checks, or money orders....Sorry no
cash or credit cards.

Payment Due:
Payment is due
before
the week or month being paid.

Late Payment Penalty:
For monthly
payments, if the payment isn't made by the 3rd of the
month, a penalty of $25 is imposed. For weekly payments,
if payment isn't made by Tuesday, a penalty of $25 is
imposed.

Non-Payment:
If payment is
over 5 days late for a month, the student will be asked
to leave the program. If payment is over 3 days late for
a week, the student will be asked to leave the program.

Returned Checks:
Returned
checks are assessed a $25 fee.
